I could not find any return policy for the clothes, and despite calling customer care several times, my calls were not answered. Furthermore, the price charged was at least four times higher than the actual value of the product, considering its quality. Based on this experience, I feel that I have been completely cheated and that this transaction amounts to fraud.

Fitting of T shirt is fine but I m not happy with the colour of T shirt. In photos, Green shade looks different more close to olive green or military green whereas what I actually received is a very basic plain green.
Size is too small. I wear 42 size shirt and bought XXL and still the fit is not very comfortable.

Store owner replied: Hello Sir, We have initiated a refund of Rs. 509 as you didn't like the product and feels it of 300. The refund would be reflected in original Payment method within 48 working hours.
Size is not apt, it is smaller than what is mentioned on the Tshirt

Replacement was delayed
the messaging is a print. Design & finish isnt good. The rubber transfer or whatever the print material is, is going to come off in the 1st wash.
The material is real soft cotton as expected and size was also perfect. So Three cheers to Urban Kosh!!
